J40/14064/2007, e-mail: office@pproevents.com, Fiscal Code RO 17149202, processes personal data as a Data Controller, in accordance with Regulation 2016/679/EU and national laws on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data that are processed by the Data Controller, the ways in which they are processed, the purposes for which they are collected, when they are transferred to third parties and the rights you have over your personal data. We process personal data in general for the following purposes:
- drawing up a contract;
- making reservations with hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, various specific leisure packages and others; 
- carrying out formalities necessary for border crossing;
- for various commercial activities aimed at sales development and administration;
- carrying out after-sales activities (e.g. assistance);
- for managing business relationships with customers;
- ensuring the security of our IT systems, communications systems, online platform, website, preventing and detecting security threats, fraud or other criminal or malicious activity;
- to identify persons authorized to operate purchased programs on behalf of our customers, beneficiaries, suppliers and/or service providers;
- realizing, exercising and defending our legitimate rights;
- carrying out surveys, research, market studies and statistics aimed at improving the quality of the services provided by the Operator;
- transmitting specific offers, advertising and marketing messages about products or services provided by Proevents & Conference SRL, in order to evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns or to customize the services according to the needs of our customers;
- storing information on remote cloud storage media; 
- for any purpose related and/or ancillary to any of the above or any other purpose for which your personal data has been provided to us; 
- to register any complaints in order to resolve them.

5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Any processing of personal data will be done on one of the following grounds, as per Art. 6(1) of the GDPR:
- on the basis of your freely expressed consent;
- for the performance of a contract or in the course of steps taken to conclude a contract to which you are a party or the organization you represent is a party;
- in order to comply with a legal obligation;
- for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests of the Operator, except where your rights and freedoms might be affected.

6. Recipients of personal data

During the processing operations, personal data could be transferred, as necessary, to the following categories of recipients:
- hotel establishments, transport companies, restaurants and, in general, any entity that will provide the services ordered by customers, in order to carry out any necessary booking or personalization formalities;
- other profile establishments;- Romanian or foreign state authorities;
- data processors, directly/indirectly involved in the service provision process (e.g. IT service providers, billing/accounting service providers, marketing service providers, newsletter, customer satisfaction assessment);
- financial banking institutions;- courts, arbitral courts or other administrative-legal entities.Proevents & Conference SRL will always retain control over your personal data and will ensure that its authorized providers of related services have implemented appropriate personal data protection measures, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to ensure the integrity and security of your data.

7. Transfer of personal data abroad

In order to fulfill one or more of the purposes indicated above, your data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, which have different data protection laws. In such a situation, the Controller will require such recipients to undertake to implement sets of measures designed to protect personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or other applicable EU laws.

8. Data retention period

Personal data collected by Proevents & Conference SRL will be processed:
- for the entire period necessary for the performance of the contract;
- for a period of 3 years after termination of the contract, for the purpose of settling any disputes;
- after the expiry of the 3-year period, if the retention of personal data is necessary, in accordance with national law, respecting the indicated retention periods.
