Abstracts
The form will guide you through the process of submitting your abstract.
Each tab on the left side of the page will display a step in the submission process that needs to be completed.
At any point during the process, you can press the "Save as Draft" button to save your incomplete submission and return to it later.
The Review section will provide an overview of the sections that still need to be completed before you can submit the abstract.
Once all required sections have been completed, you can submit the abstract.
Abstract submission deadline is 10th June 2024.
Abstract Writing Instructions:
- Title in uppercase, maximum of 100 words including spaces.
- Author names written in the fields provided for each, following the order: main author, co-authors.
- Affiliation of authors (institution, city, each on a separate line, in author order).
- The main text will have a maximum of 300 words (maximum 2000 characters, not including the title, authors, and affiliation), including: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Tables, graphs, and photographs are not accepted in the abstract.
- Abbreviations will be explained upon first use in the text.
- A separate line for a maximum of 3 keywords is mandatory.
- Bibliography is not included in the abstract text.
- The abstract will be written in both English and Romanian.
