Instructions for wrinting abstracts (POSTER PRESENTATION)
- Written in English and Romanian
- Title capitalized, maximum 250 characters;
- Authors' names, written on one line, respecting the order: first name followed by last name (do not use professional/academic titles)
- The affiliation (section, institution, city, country) of both the first author and co-authors.
- The first letter of each word must be capitalized
- The text itself will be a maximum of 300 words (maximum 2000 characters, not including title, authors and affiliation)
- Insert a line containing 3 - 5 keywords
- The text itself should follow the known structure: introduction, material and methods, results, conclusions (avoid "results will be presented"); the text should contain sufficient detail to justify the conclusion
- Introduction, Material and method, Results and conclusions
- Tables, graphs and photographs are not acceptable in the abstract
- Abbreviations will be explained when first appearing in the text
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- E-posters must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx).
- Dimensions: 35,5 × 20 inch (90,1 × 50,8 cm), LANDSCAPE orientation.
- Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman.
- Recommended font size: 12–24 pt.
- The presentation must contain a total of 2 slides: one poster slide in Romanian and one poster slide of the same content in English.
- The PowerPoint file must not exceed 15 MB.

For a submitted abstract to be accepted by the Scientific Committee, the presenting author must be registered as a participant in the event.
Registration must be completed before the event begins!
The best abstracts will be selected for presentation during a dedicated poster session. Abstracts that are not selected for presentation will be displayed at the event.
