INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING ABSTRACTS (POSTER PRESENTATION)
- Written in English and Romanian
- Title capitalized, maximum 250 characters;
- Authors' names, written on one line, respecting the order: first name followed by last name (do not use professional/academic titles)
- The affiliation (section, institution, city, country) of both the first author and co-authors. The first letter of each word must be capitalized
- The text itself will be a maximum of 300 words (maximum 2000 characters, not including title, authors and affiliation)
- Insert a line containing 3 - 5 keywords
- The text itself should follow the known structure: introduction, material and methods, results, conclusions (avoid "results will be presented"); the text should contain sufficient detail to justify the conclusion
- Introduction, Material and method, Results and conclusions
- Tables, graphs and photographs are not acceptable in the abstract
- Abbreviations will be explained when first appearing in the text
- E-posters must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx)
- Dimensions: 20 inches × 35.5 inches (50.8 cm × 90.1 cm), PORTRAIT orientation.
- Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman
- Recommended font size: 12–24 pt.
- The presentation must contain a total of 2 slides: one poster slide in Romanian and one poster slide of the same content in English.
- The electronic display systems used for presenting the e-posters will have an aspect ratio of 9:16 (PORTRAIT)
- The PowerPoint file must not exceed 15 MB.

IMPORTANT!
For the submitted abstract to be accepted, the first author must be registered as a participant in the congress (except for the invted speakers).
Payment of the participation fee must be made before the event begins!
